We booked Phil to come and cook for us and 6 friends to celebrate my 60th birthday. At the end of the evening, we all agreed it was so much more than a wonderful meal, it was a fantastic experience. Phil is a lovely man and very easy company. Chatting with him throughout the evening understanding the inspiration for the different courses we were served and seeing the work that goes into preparing every dish was a real
entertainment in its own right.
The meal was sensational, and being able to serve our own wine allowed us to enjoy a few good bottles and still made the evening exceptional value for money, especially when I didn’t even have to leave my own home and my kitchen spotless before Phil left. This really was a special experience and provided a real wow factor for our guests. I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed it.
