With over 30 years’ experience in Michelin starred kitchens and as former chef-owner of Thompson St Albans, Phil creates bespoke seasonal menus designed around your tastes, allergies, and dietary needs. Together with fiancée Marianne and her niece Leiandra, who is Head Waitress, we offer warm, family-run service and unforgettable celebrations, from intimate dinners, milestone birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions. Every dish is explained, thoughtfully prepared and often features produce grown by Phil himself.
